How do I order from Frankie’s Seafood?

Ordering from Frankie’s Seafood is easy and convenient. You can browse our online store and select the products you want to purchase. We offer a variety of seafood items, such as Stone Crabs, Scallops, Shrimp and Clams. You can also order by phone at (786) 339-0220. We accept all major credit cards.

How do you package your products?

We never freeze any of our products, unless states otherwise. In the case of Stone Crabs, they are freshly caught within a day of your order being placed, and sit on ice until we package it into a safe, ice-covered box that is hand-delivered to you.

Where can your products be delivered?

We currently only offer local shipping via courier. Our service area is as North as Fort Lauderdale, and as South as Homestead.

How do I store and prepare your products?

Our products are fully cooked and ready to eat. You can store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, or in the freezer for up to 6 months. To thaw frozen products, place them in the refrigerator overnight or in cold water for a few hours. To warm up your products, you can use the oven, microwave, or stovetop. You can find detailed instructions and recipes on our website.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please note that we cannot accept returns of perishable products, unless they are damaged or spoiled.
